We’re Summit Bound! 2022 OKGN Angel Summit
January 2022
Right as 2022 kicked off, Made Live submitted an application to participate in the 2022 OKGN Angel Summit – an Okanagan-based pitch program designed for entrepreneurs and investors. Powered by Accelerate Okanagan, the 10-week program trains both entrepreneurs and investors about the ins and outs of the capital-raising process. The program culminates in a live pitch event where the 6 finalists pitch to an audience of community members to decide who will walk away with the $150K investment from this year’s fund.
Throughout the month of January, the group of investors were busy meeting to review company applications and select the top 24 companies from across Western Canada that would proceed to the Quarter Finals.
And guess what…
We’re in the top 24!!
From here, the investors will cull this amazing group of founders and companies down to their Top 12 before refining to the final Top 6 businesses who will pitch at a public Finale on March 16, 2022.

The results are in and 24 companies have been whittled down to the Top 12.
Unfortunately, this ends Made Live’s journey in this year’s competition, but we extend our sincere congratulations to the remaining 12 semi-finalists as they move forward in this year’s Angel Summit.
