Point of View (POV) is the voice used to tell the story. First-person uses “I,” “me,” “we,” and “us” (narrator’s perspective). Second-person uses “you” (addresses the reader). Third-person limited uses names or personal pronouns she, he, they (perspective of a single main character). Third-person omniscient knows the thoughts, actions, and feelings of all characters. Third-person objective describes what’s happening and doesn’t show thoughts or feelings.
