Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You’ll have full access to the software platform and AI features during your trial.
You’ll have 30 days after cancellation to export all your work. We provide easy export options for your manuscripts, planning documents, and storyboards.
While we don’t provide illustration services directly, our platform includes tools to help you create clear illustration briefs and connect with professional illustrators.
Training & Support
The program runs for 12 weeks with weekly live sessions, structured assignments, and ongoing community support. Each week focuses on a specific aspect of the publishing journey.
All sessions are recorded and available for replay within 24 hours. You can also ask questions in our community space and get caught up before the next session.
Each coaching session is 60-minute virtual calls focused on your specific project and needs. You’ll receive a recording of the session and a detailed action plan afterward.

No! Our software plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. The Self-Publishing Club is a one-time purchase for the 12-week program and full year of software access, and one-on-one coaching can be purchased in single sessions or multi-session packages.
We want you to feel confident in your investment. Here’s our straightforward refund policy:
- We offer a 7-day free trial on our software subscriptions, giving you lots of time to try before you buy.
For Self-Publishing Club registrations:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your payment being processed, you’ll receive a 100% refund, less a $25 admin fee.
- If you cancel more than 24-hours after your payment but before the first session begins, you’ll receive a 75% refund, less a $25 admin fee.
- If you cancel after the first session but before the second, you’ll receive a 50% refund, less a $25 admin fee.
- Once the second session begins, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the 12-week program.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@made.live. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using your original payment method. Please note, cancellation of participation in the Self-Publishing Club will also cancel your access to Made Live Publishing Software.
